1. If you want DataStage to manage indexes during the bulk load, set “Allow Concurrent Sessions” to No
2. If Allow Concurrent setting is set to “N”, the execution mode of the stage should be sequential
3. For maximum efficiency, skip all indexes
4. If network latency is high, increase the array size
