Jerome Rajan

Jerome can be identified with the Belbin's team role of "Plant" . He is someone who is highly creative and good at solving problems in unconventional ways. In all my interactions i have found him full of ideas and thinking out of the box. The classic example was usage of Quality stage for one of the projects. Professionally, Jerome exhibits a much mature personality than his experience. I had observed this during his design walkthrough from offshore to a really difficult client. And I must say I was really impressed in the way he carried it. He has the ability to stick to his conviction and not get carried away. Jerome is someone who is recognized by almost everyone at onshore for his outstanding qualities be it in technical space - Datastage, overall communication skills, problem solving approach and above all a very well balanced team mate. It's been an absolute pleasure working with Jerome for almost 6 months now and he is an asset to any team. 

Besides being a joy to work with, Jerome is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. He has successfully developed Datawarehousing and Datastage tool skills, that have resulted in successful project executions. During his tenure, we saw a positive growth in Jerome and his team. The sucess of the modules which Jerome worked is a direct results of his planning and his soft skills. Though he was an asset to our ETL team, Jerome was also extraordinarily talented Quiz master. In addition to project executions, he has successfully conducted trainings. Jerome assumed a leadership role in meetings, inspiring and motivating other employees. I highly recommend Jerome as a good technical resource, motivating team player and would make a great asset to any organization.

Jerome is a highly organised and detail-oriented Lead who does not lose sight of his strategic objectives. His attitude towards work is very positive, impressive, respected by all and beyond reproach. He has always been readily available to people working with him be it team member to project stakeholders. Jerome has a superior technical knowledge and has excellent communication skills. I value highly, my experience, working with Jerome and can recommend him without any reservation. Would like to have an opportunity to work with him in future.
